Anime fur
From WikiFur, the furry encyclopedia.
Anime fur (also spelled animé fur) is a diminutive term (i.e., either pejorative or affectionate, depending on context) for any fur whose coloration is not normal to that species. It does not mean a fur who shows up in anime, confusingly.
The term takes itself from the anime fandom term anime hair, referring to the fact that artists rarely bother with restricting their characters to what is found in nature when it comes to hair styles and hair colors.
The most common anime fur color is blue. Following that is white (when not normal for the species), black (when not normal for the species), grey (when not normal for the species), pink, green, yellow, purple, and orange.
