BlueOtter

BlueOtter is a furry artist. He visits and contributes resources to several furry conventions a year (particularly Oklacon), runs the otter.anthrochat.net IRC server on the Anthrochat network, is the author of the Furnetics project. Online, he is often found in #otters on Anthrochat.
BlueOtter is a fursona: he is a 6'2" blue river otter with a soft blue coloration on his body, accented by a creme-white face and front, much like an orca's coloration pattern. As a character, he is a jovial fellow who enjoys astronomy, sciences, friends, and playful mischief. He strongly resembles the qualities of his creator.
