BoyKat, also known as ShotaKat, NerdKitten, lives in Houston Texas. He was Born on September 13, 1989. BoyKat started a website specializing in Lolicon, Shotacon, and Furry sharing called playchan in 2005. In addition to creating and moderating www.playchan.org, BoyKat is revered for his work involving the Texas Anime Conventions Akon, and AnimeFest.

BoyKat can often be found lurking the #playchan channel on the Rizon network. He controls the bot known as "Kat"
