Parties are organized, regularly occurring furmeets where groups of local furs can gather, meet each other, and kick back. Unlike conventions, parties are smaller and usually held at another fur's residence. Parties are usually open to most members of the fandom; however, most parties are considered invitation only, so you should always contact the host before showing up so they know to expect you.
