Cyrin

Cyrin, aka Sahyris or Dεltafish, (born 1985) is a furry from Perth, Western Australia. He discovered the furry fandom and lifestyle in 1997. He is mated to Fallimar.

Cyrin's fursona started out as an anthropomorphic dolphin. He had a yellow streak around his eyes. Other distinguishing features included enormous flippered feet, webbed hands and elbow-fins. Occasionally, he took the balloonie form of a dolphin-shaped vinyl pool toy.

In 2006, his character became an amalgamation of species: fish, mer-creature, and dragon. The character shapeshifts among these species rather than remaining in a single form.

In 2007, he experimented with a female cow character.

He performed something of an about-face in 2008, re-adopting a dolphin character as his fursona. He now identifies to some extent with all three species.

Cyrin's principal furry 'scene' interests are transformation, rubberfurs and inflation.

He constructed a double-layered inflatable orca suit or sleep-sack from a pair of vinyl pool toys.

He has created considers furry and animal-themed photomorphs. He has also dabbled with artwork and stories, but does not consider himself an artist or writer.

Cyrin's favourite species are dolphins, fish, mermaids, cows, deer and foxes. He owns a nameless plump fox fursuit and several tails, including a cow tail.
