Furry Weekend Atlanta 2006 was the third annual Furry Weekend Atlanta furry convention, held February 17-19, 2006. It marked the third and final year that FWA was held at its first hotel, the Holiday Inn Atlanta Airport in Atlanta, Georgia, on the north side of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The convention saw a total paid attendance of 557, a 11% increase over 2005. Its guests of honor were Bill Holbrook and Matt Burt.

The staff jersey for FWA 2006, an annual tradition, was primarily red and white, with white text.

"Almost $4000" was raised for the Ellijay Wildlife Rehabilitation Sanctuary.
