Furry fan

Furry fan is often used as a general term for a member of the furry fandom, along with "furry".

It's also used in a narrower sense, to describe someone who enjoys furry art and stories, but does not see the fandom as a lifestyle or else necessarily consider themselves a furry. They may also enjoy watching fursuits, but would not be inclined to build their own. They are more FIJAGH than FIAWOL, in this regard.

A furry fan, in this sense, generally does not create a personal furry, although he or she may create a character to use as an avatar in various places. Furry fans can be found at conventions, although they may be more interested in the dealer's room or the art show than anything else.
