Gabriel Gentile, also known as Disco Chicken, Uncle Lumpy, and Spooky Bunny (the latter one bestowed on him by Jim Groat,) is a former artist and regular poster on Crush! Yiff! Destroy!, posting under the username Shaddap!, previously as GoManVanGogh (a name taken of a character in the 1960s cartoon Beany and Cecil.)

[edit] Fandom involvement

During his early years, Gentile often hosted "Rocky Horror Lion King" parties at various furry conventions, in which audiences would view screenings of Disney's "The Lion King" while shouting lines at the screen ala "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" according to an audience participation script written by Gentile himself.

In the late 90's and early 2000s, Gentile quickly earned a reputation on alt.fan.furry as a vociferous and passionate advocate against the overwhelming visible presence of sexual content in furry fandom.

He is also the author of the short-lived webcomic called The Crass Menagerie, the result of an independent study course at the American Academy of Art in Chicago, Illinois which Gentile himself describes as "the worst webcomic ever... EVER!"

Although no longer associated with furry fandom, Gentile is still an avid fan of the webcomic Ozy and Millie, and remains on friendly terms with noted furry artists Albert Temple and Kjartan Arnorsson.

[edit] Controversy

Gentile holds the distinction of being one of the few members to be publicly expelled from the Burned Furs movement.
