Ixis Mir'Amin (born 3rd June 1991) from Nairn, Scotland, is an artist and fursuiter who also goes by the name of Orla Westie.

[edit] Character creation and development

Ixis began life in 2005 as the wolf character Thorne, Rebecca's first fursona. After a year, Thorne's species changed to become a dragon, and then, in 2007, an anthropomorphic wyvern. Her name change came in June when the character went under its final revision.

[edit] Appearance

Ixis stands at six feet and six inches, and is 108 pounds in weight. Her body is covered in small blue scales, with black headfur. She is cold blooded, but has the mammalian traits of a human female. She has a scorpion-like tail that reaches the ground, and ends in a venomous barb. Each paw consists of three digits, two fingers and a thumb. Her wings are a part of her arms, with a full wingspan of around one metre. She has two small deer-like antlers on her head, and ears with 90 degrees of movement. Finally, she has one blue eye, and one yellow.

Orla was Rebecca's second fursona, who is an anthropomorphic West Highland White Terrier. She is described as being the opposate to Ixis; brash, arrogant, snobby and flirty. She is shown to have a very strong Scottish accent, and has a penchant for strong ales. She dresses in a more feminine manner to Ixis, often showing cleavage or legs. She has a curvy frame, unlike Ixis's slim, fragile body.
