Kiyo is an orange/grey anthro dragon otherkin who is located in Georgia, U.S.A. He is an avid percussionist and is also a web programmer; he uses HTML and CSS, as well as PHP, XHTML and Java.

Kiyo loves anime, and is a fan of Onmyou Taisenki, Mobile Suit Gundam SEED, and Fullmetal Alchemist. He is a distributor for the several fansubbing groups, and is picking up typesetting (breaking up the dialogue translation into pieces) and encoding (merging subtitles into the existing film). He is a writer.
