PosiCat (Mark Balliet) is a furry fan who lives near Chicago, Illinois. He is the creator and maintainer of the Internet Furry Proximity Locator. He is a member of the Lake Area Furry Friends, having been the original host of their New Year's party and also serving as one of the administrators of the group's website.
