[edit] Description

Established sometime in 1998, ScalesMuck has been the home of many scalies and furries. During the Dot-Com bust, ScalesMuck relocated, but had some DNS and naming issues, and so many folks lost touch. It's stabilized within the past few years, but with a fraction of its population.

ScalesMuck is a small, social, and friendly place that would be more than happy to see new and old faces join the community.

ScalesMUCK is running MUCK version Muck2.2fb6.01, and is hosted by Madcoyote Studios. The admin is Reveille D'Giovanetti.

In mid-October of 2006, the MUCK's host, madcoyote.com, experienced a major hardware failure. As a result, the muck was down for nearly 10 days. In order to prevent this from occurring again, the muck is mirrored nightly at a second location for immediate DNS changeover, to prevent major outages in the future.
