Fetish

Fetish can mean either of the following:

1. An object that is believed to have magical or spiritual powers, especially if it is associated with shamanistic religious practices. Such objects are often in the shape of animals. See also: Animal totem.
2. Something that arouses sexual desire that is not viewed by the mainstream as inherently sexual, particularly when it is an obsession or is necessary for sexual arousal for a particular individual. See also: Paraphilias. Also called a kink.
