Southern Manitoba Organization of Furs

Southern Manitoba Organization of Furs (also known as SMOF) is a casual group of furry fans and friends based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. (The acronym "SMOF" is also a tongue-in-cheek reference to the science fiction acronym Secret Masters of Fandom.)
The group meets almost every Saturday for a coffee meet in the City Place food court. People generally begin to show up around 12:30pm, and the meets usually last for about two hours.
If you attend, you can expect anywhere from three to fifteen other furs showing up on any given week. The group also sponsors (on an irregular basis) outings for camping, dinner, or park trips. Among the regular attendees are writers, artists, fursuiters, gamers and average fans.
