The Hodgeheg is a fiction book by Dick King-Smith. Illustrated by Linda Birch, it was first published in 1987, by Hamish Hamilton Children's Books, and was published by Penguin in 1989 as a paperback with the ISBN 0140325034.[1]
The Hodgeheg is about Max (full name Victor Maximilian St George), a bright young Hedgehog, who researches how hedgehogs could cross roads safely.
