Tri-State Furmeet

The Tri-State Furmeet was a proposed weekend outdoor furmeet at Geode State Park outside Danville, Iowa, USA.

Sanctioned by the Tri-State Furries, the meet was planned for November 14-16, 2008. The meet was Postponed Indefinately, as the announcement was made on October 13, 2008 citing not lack of interest, but lack of budget. The Official Announcement on Tri-State Furries Community on LJ.

It is unknown when or where the Tri-State Furmeet will take place in the future however there are talks of Burlington, Iowa, Quincy, Illinois, Keokuk, Iowa, Monmouth, Illinois, or somewhere near one of those towns. Tri-State Furries itself is unofficially based out of Burlington, Iowa
