[edit] Alex A. Fawkes

Since you edited Alex A. Fawkes, I was wondering if you knew where the Alex A. Fawkes comic was. Due to what Scaramouche says, I'm wondering if both the articles are hoaxes. --EarthFurst 09:00, 8 October 2006 (UTC)

No idea, sorry, I was probably just copy-editing. -- Sine 20:40, 9 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Welcome to WikiFur:Administrators!

Be sure to visit the links in the above page to see how to use the extra powers if you've not had sysop access on a wiki before (the bot rollback feature is particularly useful). Remember you can always come onto IRC for more help. Enjoy! :-) GreenReaper(talk) 02:47, 16 December 2006 (UTC)

Thank you very much. --EarthFurst 03:12, 16 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Titles

Articles (the grammar, not the reading material) (A, of, the, etc.), except at the beginning of the title of something, should never be capitalized.

http://furry.wikia.com/wiki/Excuse_Me_For_Being_A_Dog%21 Should be http://furry.wikia.com/wiki/Excuse_Me_for_Being_a_Dog%21

I could be wrong, but you should check a textbook just to be sure.

I checked englishplus.com and the site says ".. Capitalize all the other words except for a, an, the, .. and prepositions of four letters or fewer." reference.com says "for" is a preposition so lower-case "a" and "for" they should be. --EarthFurst 05:41, 1 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Linking to private videos?

Just a question stemming from the addition of a private video to the Timeline of media coverage article under the "Back to You" entry... doesn't it seem a bit odd to post a link to which access is restricted (private video), when no provisions are provided to gain access to it? It's kind analogous to posting a link to a friends-locked LiveJournal entry, in the sense that it provides no useful information other than those "in the know". It can only be assumed that if some particular information is private on YouTube or LJ, they have a reason for doing so and it shouldn't be used on something like WikiFur. Just curious, feel free to drop a message back anytime. :) --Scani 16:58, 27 February 2008 (UTC)

I apologize, didn't look close enough at the diff; seems one of the vids I initially posted has been rendered private and replaced by a new one. I'll just remove it from the article. --Scani 17:01, 27 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] K9 still available

Why do you think the K9 are no longer available after being discontinued? We still have one of them in stock and in the shop. --Suran 06:01, 3 April 2008 (UTC)

My apologies. I went to the yiffytoys.de pages and the K9 was listed as “Auslaufmodell”/“discontinued”/“discontinued” so I assumed that meant they were not longer available at yiffytoys.de. I will revert that part of my edit. --EarthFurst 22:11, 3 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Urm...

Wow, I was gone for quite some time, but all of my sites should be up to date and working as of today, including the new one.

Sorry for such the great delay. ShadowLab 02:10, 30 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Quick Question

hello earthfurst, I rarely check out the wikifur site but I just noticed that a troll made a change to my rather old "BullGator" entry which you commented on. I realize this happened some time ago and has now been reversed, but is there some way that articles can be protected from such vandalism or is it just best to "watch" them and reverse any damage on the fly so to speak? Thanks. -BullGator
