Hi there - welcome to WikiFur, and thanks for adding XianJaguar! Let me know on my user talk page if you need any help. :-) --GreenReaper(talk) 03:25, 14 Aug 2005 (UTC)
If you have the hard proof of Caitians being involved in the furry fandom in the form of a website link and the images somewhere that can be seen, then please provide them here. --Markus 14:06, 15 Aug 2005 (UTC)
- Hmm. Somehow I thought my word is enough for everybody in the furry community; obviously I'm wrong. I indeed have a few photos of a Caitian girl showing up near the end of FC 2002 (or was it 2003?), but I'm out of town right now and thus do not have access to my photo CDs. If you don't trsut me and still need the proof, email me privately; I'm not planning to release these photos for general public viewing. --Wesha.
- It's more a matter of something publically known and visible. Much like how most of the infamous Sibe article was written and debated using pages that chronicled his activities, pages that are even linked in the article itself. --Markus 14:31, 15 Aug 2005 (UTC)
- I'm stating that I saw a Trekkie canadian girl wearing furry makeup at the closing of FC2002 or 2003. I talked to her. I have her photos in the outfit. I strongly believe she represented a Caitian, as well as can be done through the means of tail and makeup. If my word is not enough for you, I can present the photos next weekend, though I find it quite insulting. --Wesha.

Psst! Wiki markup for HTML links is only one set of square brackets, not two. :-) --Dmuth 19:52, 16 Aug 2005 (UTC)
I notice you've been undoing my work towards documenting and linking the regional furry groups in Australia. Please stop doing this. You can find a generic article about a city anywhere on the web, but articles about its local furry scene are rare or nonexistent, and much more useful to the readers of Wikifur. If it helps, think of Australian regions as being named after their capital cities rather than their states (as seems to be the US custom). They're more similar to the Florida Furs or SoCalFurs articles. --Sebkha 01:23, 9 Sep 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Image:Rusfurrence 2001.jpg, Image:Rusfurrence2006.jpg
Hello Wesha,
This is in regards to Image:Rusfurrence 2001.jpg and Image:Rusfurrence2006.jpg. They have not been tagged with a copyright status. This can be a complicated area, so I can try to help if you need any. The Wikipedia Image use policy may give some background, but it isn't policy here.
To deal with this image, there are a few choices:
- If you are the copyright holder, release it under a free license, for example:
- Public domain {{PDImage}}
- Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike {{Cc-by-sa-2.5}}
- GFDL {{GFDL}}
- If you are asserting that this image is usable under fair use, add an appropriate fair use tag. A very basic summary is that fair use is used for commentary, criticism and review on the image when no free image could be used instead. Some fair use tags are:
- Logos: {{logo}}
- Covers: {{Cover}}
- Comic panels: {{Comic-panel}}
- If the image is already under a free license, provide information on the license, and tag the image if you can.
- If you would like the image to be deleted, ask any administrator
To see a list of current copyright tags available on WikiFur, see Category:Image copyright tags If the copyright status is not resolved, the image may be deleted.
Unless you have a question for me specifically, I'd prefer responses on the page for the image. --Rat 21:46, 23 March 2008 (UTC)
